How to train a Youth development professional to care for youth.
This is my topic I want to dig deeper about.............I am trying to see why it is so common for ydp's to not expect to engage youth.
are they not trained are they not supervised are they not understanding what care looks like or what impact it makes.
what do ydp's think the job expectations are? what are they willing to do with youth to engage.
Do they know how to engage with boundaries.
has COVID made people less sociable and that is the problem?
does social media socializing make people engage less is it a tech issue.
I want to look deeper into what ydp's see as care when in after school spaces
these are thoughts I have when thinking about my question.
21 questions.....I only need one! ( take a listen ) (RIP Nate Dogg)
A capstone project is a comprehensive assignment that allows students to apply the knowledge and skills they've gained throughout their course. It's often the final project that brings everything together, showcasing your ability to solve real-world problems. If you’re feeling overwhelmed by the scope of your capstone project, you might consider services that can help, such as asking someone to do my classes for me. These services can assist with research, writing, and other tasks, ensuring that you meet deadlines while maintaining the quality of your work.
